3) Educational Disclaimer

4) Seminars & Workshops

  • A non-refundable deposit or advance payment confirms your booking.
  • Once a date is confirmed, it is considered final.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 7–14 days in advance and confirmed in writing.
  • Venue, travel, or logistics are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

These policies ensure our time and preparation serve serious clients only.

5) Coaching / Mentoring / Consulting

  • Sessions are time-based and non-refundable once booked or completed.
  • Guidance is educational; decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility.
  • We may reschedule only if reasonable notice is given.

6) Digital Products

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Once paid, you receive instant digital access that cannot be returned.
  • Read all product details before buying — purchase only when ready.

7) Affiliate Program

If you join as an affiliate (business partner):

  • Commission rates, payout rules, and dashboard tracking are defined in the affiliate portal.
  • You must follow advertising laws (proper disclosure, no false claims, no spam).
  • Affiliates who damage brand integrity may be removed without prior notice.

8) Personal Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for your actions and outcomes.
  • You will not hold CerBitsDigital liable for any perceived loss or failure.

  • You will do your own due diligence and seek legal, tax, or financial advice where necessary.

9) Intellectual Property

10) Payments and Invoices

  • Payments must be made only through our approved platforms (Payhip, TidyCal, or direct invoice).
  • Unpaid or partial payments are not considered confirmed bookings.
  • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Taxes or VAT may apply depending on your region.

11) External Resources & Third-Party Tools

Our content may reference third-party tools (e.g., YouTube, AI apps, hosting). These are for learning convenience only — we are not responsible for their accuracy, performance, or terms.

12) Warranties & Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement).
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
